Crashing

I no longer recommend this app. Was working fine, I spent ALOT of money on this game and it has now been 12hours that I am unable to open app without it crashing & kicking me out. I attempted several times to reach support or try to get info/help on what to do to no avail. If app isnt fixed by this evening I will be deleting it and moving on to a different company who might actually care about their customers.
