Issues with opening the game

Can someone tell me what I have to do to open my game. It was fine and then later I tried to get in to play again and now it wont open. Anyone no what I have to do?
Ok I fix the problem but I now have to start all over again. What a game", I tried to contact the maker to get help, but keep getting rerouted. Not a game I would tell my friends to play.
