Fix it!

I use to love this game. Would literally check the app at least 5 times a day. Now, you cant enjoy the game like before. You have to hold the items down to know what your missing and sometimes it gets frustrating and confusing. Doesnt even deserve a one star rating. Totally downgraded please fix it to the old version

Honestly,Ive had to stop playing this game because I cant make anything since theyve updated the app. This seems to be an issue any time they update the app and it looks like you guys(developers) dont really care to fix the problem. Im done waiting for you to fix the issue. Its been about a month or two and STILL nothing.

I loved this app before the update. Since the update it has gone from 4.5 and above to barely even a one. this is ridiculous app support! you need to support your customers and put it back the way it was. I cannot even get an angora goat to make half the recipes that are required to continue in this game. so please either update this and go back to the version we had before this last update that really screwed everything up or Im done I am not going to even have this game in my system anymore. And by the way I was one of those silly people that actually spent money on Gems so yes you will be losing money.

The game became very very boring, i didnt have play many days ago...

I do really like this game but you need to go back to how it was before all this. There are a lot of recipes I cant do because I dont a chocolate chicken or anything else I need so please fix this and give people another chance to do it and dont make the goals so hard.

I used to play this game on my iPad all the time. Probably even since its creation. I loved it, definitely one of my favorites but this latest update changed that. I cant believe the unfair changes and so called events. At this point Ive completely deleted it from every device I own. So sad such potential.

All they care about is making a huge profit. Clearly they dont listen to the players. Awful.

The only problem I have with this game is that you cant remove multiple neighbors from your list at one time. Having neighbors that player regularly makes this game fun!!

I cant seem to get my game past the first use of the truck tutorial. After clicking the truck I cant do any thing else please help please.

Hi, I love this game! I am not a fan of the support from the makers as well as the special animals on the game. I had to switch phones because mine had gotten stolen and I had to start all the way over from the beginning(even though I was connected through Facebook). I lost all of my special animals and there is NO WAY to get them back ): I feel like you should make it so we can buy those special animals and not for some RIDICULOUS price(like 500 gems

I love this game but I noticed here lately it keeps crashing!!

Currently it keeps GLITCHING OUT and wont let me even open it--well it opens, and I a quick glimpse of my farm, and then it closes out of the app without my permission. So thats MOST important to fix but also: 1) let us sell our St. Patricks stuff in the market, its clogging up my barn 2) let land or gems be able to be bought for coins, even if its a million coins--I literally have five million coins and nothing significant I can do with them and it seems pointless 3) stop with the ridiculous level caps for EXP points 4) if you can get him to work correctly, bring back the merchant 5) why does harvesting plants still result in collecting extras from St. Patricks and even the Valentines challenge time like the wine bottles and cherries? I have hundreds of those in my lil toolbox and theres nothing we can use them in 6) your strawberry thing recipes used to make sense but now they dont--why would two strawberry milks plus two yogurts make a cake with whipped cream in it, while strawberry plus bread dough makes a milkshake, and then combining that with whipped cream makes pancakes? It doesnt make sense, but the way things were USED to make sense with what ingredients made what final product, what changed and why? 7) please up the rate of key acquisition; I help like twenty neighbors a day but get 0-1 keys per day, meaning that I have eight locked suitcases in my inventory and I cant open them! 8) PLEASE LET US BUY GEMS WITH IN-GAME COINS even if theyre ridiculously expensive (like 10K coins for one gem)

I have been playing this game for over a year now and I love it. I see people complaining about the updates but I think it has done nothing but improve the game! I would recommend it!

I no longer recommend this app. Was working fine, I spent ALOT of money on this game and it has now been 12hours that I am unable to open app without it crashing & kicking me out. I attempted several times to reach support or try to get info/help on what to do to no avail. If app isnt fixed by this evening I will be deleting it and moving on to a different company who might actually care about their customers.

I cant get on the game as it keeps crashing. Please do an update.......if you want people to continue to play this game. Also give us some way to get chocolate and other items without paying cash for them.

Ive had this game a long time and now when I open it, it shows the picture and just crashes. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it and no help. Im done trying.
